Marlene is exceptional as a colorist especially for gray blending. She really tries to understand the client’s needs and desires, considers the client...’s skin tone and hair texture, and works carefully with the client to achieve her goal. In my case, she lightened my dark hair and blended the gray with natural highlights. She really takes her time, is flexible and patient and does not rush through the process. I’ve been going to her for about a year and a half and each time she listens carefully to my feedback to improve upon the last, making little tweaks based on my input. She is also kind, caring and warm in her interactions with clients. I highly recommend Marlene for anyone who is trying to blend their gray roots for a natural look.
