I’m sorry you felt this was. I explained to you that your hair was fine and to support the weight of your loc extension there would need to be larger parts. You came back to have me add more extensions to your hair, which resulted in less hair supporting the extensions in that area. Your complaint has more to do with your hair density than my work. However, if you allow it, your hair will mature overtime and become fuller to match the density of the loc extensions you purchased. Be blessed
