She was very sweet, but i am so unhappy with my hair. Didn't turn out anything like the photo i brought in and my hair is SO damaged now. She did off...er to "fix" it, but I couldn't risk it being any worse. Spent $400, and i feel so self-conscious now. I know the policy is no refunds, but sometimes it's the right thing to do. I'll just have to take the loss and find a new salon to go to. Show more
