Lace maintenance for closure/frontals

If I could give it 0 stars I would!! This lady cancelled my appt 40mins before to let me know she could not do my closure maintenance due to her not d...oing the original install when she had done my maintenance twice before and she didn’t do the original install!! If u change ur policies Thts fine, but I booked 2weeks ago and she could of let me know this so I could had made other arrangements! This was a day before my baby shower! Begged her to do it and I’d pay extra and she STILL was like nope! If u don’t tell clients policies have changed in a timely manner what kind of customer service is that? Booked her 2wks ago and she could’ve told me then instead of 40mins before my appt and a day before my baby shower. WILL NEVER EVER GO 2 HER AGAIN! N posted all over social media abt her establishment too!! Rude ppl dnt deserve to flourish!! You can be a KIND boss woman!💯💯💯👏🏽 Show more

I am very kind almost overly kind! Like I said in my text to you I told you both times you booked that I don’t maintenance installs done elsewhere! (Both times you said next time or you know )so initially I was doing you a FAVOR! By going against what I do. It isn’t a policy change to inform you about for 10 years I have been up front about not going over work from other stylists it isn’t fair, to me. So you trying to wish bad on me because your lack of taking me serious and trying to force me to continue to fix a weave that always needs me to do more than just re glue your closure isn’t worth it. You not coming to me is totally fine! You have no power towards me flourishing! MMaintenance is for CLIENTS that pour into me that’s why my prices are fair! Your rude and unreal the times I broke my own rules and maintenance your weave you never posted your love for it but when I let you know I’m serious that I WILL NOT CONTINUE to do so now there’s a review. Entitlement at its finest! I’ve always waited for you and done more than the service expected!. your emergency but that isn’t mine! It isn’t about the money for you to pay extra it’s my principle that you continued to try and take advantage. first time you blamed it on just moving here, which is why I continued but I let you know! Second time you BOOKED AS AN INSTALL and came just needing maintenance Third time you cancelled! This time I messaged you letting you know I can not maintenance your hair.
