Sarah I’m sooo glad that you gave me another opportunity to provide a service for you after your last review! Again, I am sorry for the unfortunate circumstances that happened to me that caused me not to be able to service your mom! To future clients I’m very professional and I’ve always communicated with my clients and provided excellent customer service as you can read from the other reviews. I was rushed to emergency the day before Sarah's moms’ appointment and was admitted and stayed in the hospital for almost 2 weeks for a serious medical condition! My fellow stylists at the Blowdry Lounge did not know about the emergency until they tried to contact me for my client when I didn’t show up at work! Thank you for understanding Sarah and I hope to continue to see you in the future!
