Meeting Pauline and the rest of the Visions Beauty Salon staff for the first time was a pleasure. Pauline took her time to ensure I was comfortable a...nd happy with my service, which turned out beautiful. I had just taken down my box braids which left my scalp very tender, but Pauline gently and throughly shampooed and combed my hair, trimmed my ends and gave me a geougeous silk press all with a lovely smile! Very unprofessional made my mother an appt 3 days in advance for her bday party. My mother got to the place and the hair stylist was not there another... lady called her and they weee talking for a while on phone then told my mother that the stylist forgot about the appt and is sick now. NOBODY called my mom to cancel the appt or reschedule this was very unprofessional and disappointing I would not recommend this place at all to anyone Show more

Sarah I’m sooo glad that you gave me another opportunity to provide a service for you after your last review! Again, I am sorry for the unfortunate circumstances that happened to me that caused me not to be able to service your mom! To future clients I’m very professional and I’ve always communicated with my clients and provided excellent customer service as you can read from the other reviews. I was rushed to emergency the day before Sarah's moms’ appointment and was admitted and stayed in the hospital for almost 2 weeks for a serious medical condition! My fellow stylists at the Blowdry Lounge did not know about the emergency until they tried to contact me for my client when I didn’t show up at work! Thank you for understanding Sarah and I hope to continue to see you in the future!
