I hadn’t been to a barber since 2019 because I usually shave my head and maintain my beard myself. But with an important interview coming up, I wanted... my beard to look sharp, so I booked an appointment for a head shave and beard trim, which cost $60. The barber's shop was small and cozy, and she was friendly and easy to talk to. She quickly shaved my head and lined up my beard. I tipped her $15 and left. However, when I got home and checked, I noticed she had missed an entire patch on the crown of my head. There were also uneven spots on my front hairline and around my ears, and she hadn’t shaved my neck. I had to redo the shave myself, including around my neck. The shape of the beard looked good though. For someone who’s listed as a Pro Master Barber, these mistakes are unacceptable. I can't recommend her services and won’t be returning. For $60, I shouldn’t have to fix what I paid to have professionally done. Show more
