I apologize about the cut, but the person whom received the haircut was basically a mute. He did not want to talk or could not talk. I tried communicating with him and I understand that he was 15 years of age. I was instructed by the lady that was with him to even his hair out and take it down. No one EVER said to keep it long enough for twists or locks. I followed specific instructions to the best of my abilities. That was on Grandma...🤷🏻♂️Again, I apologize for the disappointment. As Always, thank you for your business!
