It pains me to engage in karen behavior and write a bad review, but this was easily the worst haircut experience i’ve ever had. To start, he prioritiz...ed a walk in over me who had an appointment. After waiting for quite some time, the haircut finally started and quickly went wrong when I had to reasonably request that he stop being aggressive with the way he would jolt my head/neck to the position he needed it to be, he also was not moving my ear of out the way when cutting…meaning the clipper kept hurting my ears. He got upset and told me it was rude to request that he be more gentle, and not only that, but proceeded to reminded me he felt it was rude halfway through the haircut rather than taking the request and moving forward. He also did not even cut my hair to the length I requested even after being shown a reference picture THREE times AND asking a fellow barber what steps he needed to take to get it to the desired length. Overall very poor skills and customer service skills, do not recommend. The pictures are what u got vs what i requested. Show more
