Hi Nataly. I'm so sorry for this. Just to clear up the situation, I didn't leave you waiting, I didn't know you had made the appointment for your daughter. As soon as I finished I looked for you in the waiting room and I didn't see you so I texted you that I was ready and was looking for you and I didn't hear a response from you. I waited until 12:15 and left. Also the appointment was at 11:30, you got here at 11. Your daughter was able to ask one more time at the front desk, I was sitting there waiting for your answer so I thought you had gone. When is a new client I go directly to the first person who is sitting waiting but I thought the appointment was for you and I didn't see you and I don't know your daughter. Once again I'm sorry.
