Excellent costumer service!!! I’ve been bringing my teenage girls for about 6 months now. They’ve each had 3 or 4 braid styles. Owner is professional ...and accommodating. The styles are always on point!!! Communication is consistent and clear. The one time I wasn’t satisfied (the braids were fine, the style just didn’t match the picture I provided) the owner rectified the situation with no hesitation and Monti pleasantly made the correction even though it was not her work I was unsatisfied with. Everyone makes you feel welcome and they offer their clients a free snack which is a plus for me because it shows customer appreciation. The owner also gave out backpacks for back to school and a Christmas gift. She truly has a giving spirit. Monti is a GREAT braider with a sweet personality!!! I appreciate her because some stylists are not personable. My girls enjoy the talks they have with her while getting braided as well. Overall this salon is very welcoming, professional and cares about customer satisfaction. We will be back!!! Show more

Small Knotless Braids W. Curls

My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm, but it was pushed back for 4:30. I showed up at 4:15. My stylist was not there. She was on a house call. But ...one thing I can say is that the girls in there are professional. As I was sitting there waiting she was keeping me updated on when she will be arriving. The stylist got in about 6pm and got started on my hair. I wanted small knotless braids but what I received was medium braids. The knotless was not fed in right, they looked like medium braids. They was bending and twisted at the roots. It was a total of 5 packs of the 3 bundle packs of hair that was in my head which added up to a total of 15 packs of braiding hair. I ended up taking my hair down two days after I got it done because the braids was to heavy. But if I wanted medium size regular braids this style that I received would’ve been on point. Show more

Sorry you was not pleased with your service.But the stylist Gina did extra small and they went pass your hips. And that was extended length which takes 6 hours we where not aware you wanted extended length because that’s a extra charge from what you received.Thank you for being patient because she ran behind due to her house call appointment was not ready but had to take 20 to 30 minutes to handle there personal stuff so yes she did have to move your appointment time because sometimes we can’t control another client getting you behind. But I offered you 30 dollars off . But I’m grateful that you did not take that off because extended length cost more then the service you booked under .We do our best to make sure clients is happy. But I can say she did a very nice job on your hair . And we thank you and appreciate your business.

Best experience ever! Monty did my medium Knotless braids. she checked with me about the size on the first braid and I said it was fine. Later on I de...cided I wanted them bigger on the bottom. They scheduled another appointment for me no questions asked and didn’t charge me even though it was my fault. Monty re-did them with the GREATEST attitude. I love my braids and im so thankful that I finally found a shop with great work and even better customer service! Thank you ladies! Show more

Updated: 11/29/22 ,I was required to pay for my service first. I took my braids out after a week. My knotless braids weren’t fed in correctly and were... twisted and bending at the root. Parts were uneven especially in the front. They’re really nice although I wasn’t satisfied. Show more
