Best experience ever! Monty did my medium Knotless braids. she checked with me about the size on the first braid and I said it was fine. Later on I de...cided I wanted them bigger on the bottom. They scheduled another appointment for me no questions asked and didn’t charge me even though it was my fault. Monty re-did them with the GREATEST attitude. I love my braids and im so thankful that I finally found a shop with great work and even better customer service! Thank you ladies! Show more

Updated: 11/29/22 ,I was required to pay for my service first. I took my braids out after a week. My knotless braids weren’t fed in correctly and were... twisted and bending at the root. Parts were uneven especially in the front. They’re really nice although I wasn’t satisfied. Show more

Hi I truly understand. I reached out to offer you a raffle I had on booksy to inform you that you won.I was not aware when I reached out you was not happy with the new girl service. And I’m so sorry for that experience. Can you please come back in and I will have one of my other stylist re due it . And also I’m throwing in a extra free style after that of two braids. We will provide the hair both times . Thanks I see that you have changed the review a 3 rd time and that’s when I founded out u was not pleased with your hair. So please call the salon . And I will make sure personally you get the service redone .Also love at my salon we do require everyone to pay for there services up front. It’s been are store policy every since we opened a year ago. It’s nothing personal against anyone. We have heard of experiences where people have gotten services and ran out of places after getting there nails or hair done. Then the business have to file a police reports.So implemented it in are store policy . I hope to here from you soon . You may get your service redone on a Saturday or Sunday by another braider.And I will let Jasmine know someone else will do the service for you this time instead of her . Thanks I appreciate your business and want to correct this for you as soon as possible.

Omg. From before I even stepped in the shop, the professionalism was spot on. I was having trouble navigating the app, and Ms. V stepped right in and ...helped me from beginning to end. Then, when I stepped in the shop, just professional, warm and welcoming. I let Monti know my daughter is a bit tender headed, and she didn’t mind at all.
