He’s pretty cool but the whole letting people in at my appointment time is very annoying. If we schedule a time then you should uphold it. This has ha...ppened way too many times for me to keep wasting my time. It’s never like 10 minutes, always 30-45 minutes. I think out of my 8 times, only 2 I was able to get in on my scheduled time.
