During our initial meeting we had great dialogue however, I was about 10min late for the second appointment I booked. She originally was going to char...ge me a late fee, but didn’t since she completed my service within the scheduled time frame. While she was completing my hair she seemed to be upset and barely spoke; the experience made me feel as if I was being a bother as if she didn’t want to do my hair. Once I arrived home I noticed the inconsistency in my style and noticed how it looked rushed. I just feel if she didn’t want to complete my appointment and give my hair the attention it deserves without of doing a rush job then, she should have cancelled or rescheduled.
