Where do I begin ….. my appointment was for a wash & blowout . I arrived was seen early everything was going great . I got my hair blown out & it was ...put no effort , my roots were frizzy , & I got burned several times (I let it go) I asked for a trim she separated my hair in 4 parts around my head & trimmed the ends , my hair still has split ends . I asked her to pin curb my hair after she flat ironed it she told me she was finished & she couldn’t do it she said she can wrap it I said ok & left it alone , for the price she couldve pinned curled it , I didn’t think he was a problem of her doing that .
