Good afternoon Trenia. Sorry I wasn’t available to respond promptly enough for you, as the messages you left me were not during my normal business hours (Sunday @ 5pm and Monday @ 6am). I would have gladly tried to rectify the situation, either by fixing it for you or giving you a new style that would be better suited for your hair texture, had you allowed any room for me to respond accordingly. I also think it is in poor taste to leave a review so early without giving me a real chance to come to an effective solution. If you would like to set up some time to see how we can collaborate to come to a mutual agreement, I would love to still service you in order to fulfill your hair’s needs.
