Made an appt for a ponytail extension, wash and trim. Was asked to come at a later time, I did. Had a nice experience in the salon, clean with motivat...ional posters/ artwork. The ponytail fell apart 2 days later. Was away for an event and had to figure it out. Reached out to Mo to reschedule and no follow up from her. I’m all for supporting small business, just won’t be coming back here. Had to pay another stylist.
