AMAZING!!! I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded by Paola for a couple of years now, and she never disappoints! Her work is always amazing!! She tak...es her time and makes sure everything is perfect. Her prices are unbeatable, and she’s such a sweet and humble young woman. She’s also very flexible with her time and always understanding, which I really appreciate. Her salon is clean, sanitary, and comfortable. DONT BOOK FULL FACE ( especially if you’re lighter skin toned ) i hate to write this review however i’m here to warn others because i’m a licensed ...esthetician . i’ve been going to paola for over 2 years , within that time frame i wasn’t aware she wasn’t licensed until last year which explains the issues i experienced . proper sanitation & cleanliness - every time i’ve gotten my full face threaded while she wore no gloves nor sanitized herself before my service my face broke out horribly consistently ! not to mention the seats weren’t wiped down after each client which explains why DPR ( Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation ) is constantly stopping by her studio . proper techniques for removing hair - as shown in the pictures below i was told i wasn’t getting a clean finish due to my skin type & color which is very upsetting because i was discriminated for paolas mistakes instead of her taking full accountability very saddened to see how she handled this situation since i’ve been a loyal long term client , recommend others , flexible with rescheduling my appointments due to her life issues , the list goes on … beauty service providers forget their clients are the heart of the business therefore our expectations need to be met not made fun of .
