A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule. Failure to communicate a delay and arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time will result in automatic cancellation.

My experience was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. She took her time, and treated me with such kindness and professionalism. As women, our hair is often connected to so much more than our appearance. It's connected to our confidence, our femininity, and sometimes even our personal journeys. Having a hairstylist who understands that and treats you with genuine compassion makes all the difference. What touched me most was that I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment.
