Lucy at Black Bee Tattoo is amazing with cover-ups! I needed a tattoo on my neck covered, and I went to so many well-known shops in Spokane. Every sin...gle one of them was afraid to do the cover-up, and I couldn’t find anyone confident enough to take it on. I finally reached the point where I even started getting tattoo removal. I love the placement of my neck tattoo, but I was young when I got it and didn’t make the best choice. It’s affected my confidence and even my career, so I’ve been searching and searching for real help. God truly guided me to Lucy. Their experience, skill, and confidence in tattoo work shows immediately. For the first time in years, I can breathe again and feel comfortable in my skin. I still have a few more sessions to go, but I had to leave this review early because of how life-changing this has already been. If you need a cover-up, I HIGHLY recommend Lucy and the whole shop at Black Bee Tattoo. They are the real deal. Show more
