He knows exactly how to give me the perfect haircut that matches my head. Every time I walk out of his shop, I feel like a million bucks fr! What sets Victor apart is his genuine care. He’s professional in his communication, always considerate, extremely neat and bot...h listens and honors requests for each of my cuts.
