She messaged me at 9:30 to ask me about coming in later to my 10:30am appointment. I asked what time later and she didn’t respond. I then told her I c...ould do 11 at the latest to again no response. I decided to still drive the 30 minutes to the appointment since she hadn’t responded or cancelled. I waited for a bit then called at 10:48am and she messaged and asked me to come at 1 due to a personal circumstance. I then asked if someone else could complete the service instead and she said no because they were all barbers. At this time she did say sorry. I can understand that things happen unexpectedly but not responding until after the appointment was already supposed to start caused me to have to change course and spend 4 hours battling my own hair unexpectedly before an event. Communication was poor and I wouldn’t book again due to this. Show more
