Tried William last year he didn’t do a bad job. Went back today and no lie bro cut my hair down to my ear. I had hair all the way to my neck. Used way... too much of the black dye, to cover his mess up. I always pay and never make a scene but this was definitely a nightmare. I have an important conference tomorrow. I asked him for a trim to even out my hair. Turns out nothing is even. Thanks for the cut but never again. Show more

I apologize if in any way you think that I did a bad job and that I painted it too much to cover up the mess that I apparently made. Whenever I finish my work, I ask all my clients if the cut is okay, or if they need to change something else. I also did it with you and at no time did you complain about it, which makes me understand that you were pleased with the cut. In addition, you even left me a tip. I apologize again, I always give my best as a barber to my clients. Good night. 🙏🏻
