Cancelled the appointment at the last minute. And I was going out of town for an important vacation and needed a fresh cut that I wasn’t able to get. ...I received the confirmation from the Booksy app the day I made the appointments. And yes I had my old number on my profile from previous use so that was my mistake. But why confirm something then cancel the day of? Seems crazy to me. Show more

I texted the number on the booking 2 hours in advance. You gave wrong number using someone else number is not professional. I had something out of ordinary with kids going on I explained it to another person that you put there number. What confirmation did you receive for your appointment? Do before you try to write t reviews check out what you did unprofessional before saying some one was wrong.
