Most times when I’ve taken my children to the barbershop, I’m waiting behind someone else. Even if I’ve made an appointment. Ace was READY for us when... we arrived. With no wait time. This was my first time booking him. My almost 4yr old was made comfortable for his very first haircut. I love how Mr Ace took his time and talked to him and gave him a bit of confidence before starting his haircut. As a mother I was more afraid that he wouldn’t sit still, nope he was cool and calm with him. I think that speaks volumes!!! He also talked to my 12 yr old about maintaining his hair and taking care of it…. It was an over all great and LUXURY EXPERIENCE…. We WILL be back!!! Thanks Mr Ace Show more

The mi...ssing link in my. move from the Big D has been a legit barber who could "go there" with the treatments that i use. (we'll just say Bigen for now! Ha!). Late fee was way too steep for my liking especially for the basic taper I got. I essentially paid for two cuts and there wasn’t really any traffic at ...the time…It’s also my first time in Austin…ever…and I was shopping around Booksy for a good barbershop. To have no lenience for first time customers new to the area just kind of leaves a bad taste in my honest opinion. Show more

I apologize that you feel that way! I do understand what is being said, but I am running a business. You being SUPER late with no communication cuts into other clients appointments time. An email and/or text is sent out prior to appointment informing you to arrive minutes early to disregard the late fee! Communication is important!
