This stylist was very unprofessional and unreliable in scheduling. I messaged the salon to confirm the appointment I had booked weeks ago on style sea...t for a micro loc retie. I was informed at that time that stylist no longer uses style seat and was instructed to reschedule my appointment for the following day on BOOKSY. I did so immediately and later in the evening I was called and told that stylist actually uses both platforms and has an appointment for the time I booked that has been scheduled for 3 months. I agree to come at the scheduled time 8AM for a consultation. Almost 3 hrs after the scheduled time at 10:48AM I receive a message from the salon requesting I reschedule for yet again the next day. I understand that stylists are humans and unexpected things can happen to any of us but the difficulty in scheduling and questionable communication made this a very negative experience for me although I was previously excited for my appointment. I would not recommend this as I was unable to receive my service as scheduled and will need to find a last minute workaround the day of on Christmas weekend. Show more
