Hi Connie. I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Maybe I misunderstood. You had showed me a picture of how you wanted your sons haircut and I did that exact haircut and trimmed the top to blend in to the sides. Maybe you were looking for more of a undercut? And as far as adding your card on Booksy, it states “this appointment requires a cancellation fee” which is why a card needs to be added. It does not state that you are paying for a haircut on Booksy. I’m sorry again, I would ask for a undercut next time you take your son for a haircut.
