My apologies for the inconvenience, at the end of the day I am only human with medical needs too I do my best to update every client in advance. Unfortunately the doctors office did reschedule my appointment last minute the day before and it was a very crucial appointment for my health. I did not cancel your appointment i did my best to communicate, accommodate and reschedule to work around your schedule, even though In the end you did not show up to your rescheduled appointment with no heads up.
