I was worried that I would have cancel a planned family activity for the next da...y due to my relaxed hair needing to be protected. When i called she was understanding, quick, helpful, and cared about my hair needs and requests. The braiding area smelled good. I watched movies and wasn't bored. More than anything else I am grateful that she was able to adjust her braiding so that my hair wasn't too tight. She turned my very frustrating and stressful day around. My hair looks great!
