It included a thorough observation of the condition ...of my hair, shampoo (at a shampoo bowl), retwist, and style!!! She also suggested what I could use on my hair to maintain my babies (locs)! This stylist is a joke. We talked about a week before my appointment on the phone for 20 minutes. I drove 30 minutes to my appointment and was ON TIME..., just for her to come to the front door of her shack, and say “she doesn’t do men” how embarrassing. If you are a man don’t book with her, she won’t be able to do your hair. She sent my deposit ($50) back. Just another raggedy stylist added to the list, sick of BW on island doing this to people. Yikes, I apologize you feel this way. I did reach out to 5 other stylists who could assist you, and sent you their contact information after I returned your deposit. I will not put a price on my piece of mind. I have this policy due to past experience. This policy makes me feel comfortable. I do service women and children. I do wish you well.
