I’m extremely disappointed with this nail salon. I booked my appointment **TWO WEEKS** in advance, only to have it canceled on the day of the appointm...ent because they were "overbooked." They didn’t even bother to apologize . Apparently the nail tech was booked back and back - AS IF I didn’t make an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they confirmed that slot was opened . It's incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers' time. I had scheduled this appointment well ahead of time to avoid last-minute stress, and now I'm left scrambling to find another place. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. They clearly can’t manage their bookings properly.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, we did have an over booked schedule, I offered to take you the same day a little earlier or same time the day after. We did not cancel your appointment, I asked to move the time a bit earlier.

Motek Spa is amazing! The atmosphere is already beautiful, but my eyebrow powdering experience was amazing. Dana is very talented as if that’s not eno...ugh she always takes good care of me. The Spa offers coffee water or tea to their clients. When I became a bit chilly during my appointment, Dana offered me the coziest blanket which put the cherry on top and put me to sleep like a baby! I would definitely recommend Motek spa and all their wonderful services!✨✨
