We both discussed before you left the salon, that color tends to darken over time and to give it two weeks because I will not be in this week and if you still are not pleased with the outcome, I will color correct your hair free of charge! This was all discussed on Saturday before you left. So with that being said there will be no refunds. I appreciate your business!
