I was informing you that the deposit was just a hold for no shows and late fees. If you would like to use another form of payment you could, if you didn't want to use the card you had on file on the app, and that the funds that was on hold would automatically go straight to your card if you had chosen to go with another form of payment. But I guess you wasn't understanding what I was saying and it was a little miscommunication... Also before I cleaned you up and undraped you, I showed you the mirror and asked you were you satisfied and is there anything you would like me to touch up? As I do with all my clients, instead of making it seem like you were satisfied with the cut, you could of just spoke up so I could of corrected and fix any issue you had with the haircut before you got out of the chair, The photos you see are my actual work and no one else's... What else would you go by? I'm sorry you were unsatisfied and displeased with the results!
