Un-professional. Made an appointment to go a second time to cut my hair ahead of time. He messaged me the night before saying he double booked, knowin...g I had booked it days in advance. Any modification should have been notified days prior or at the time of booking that appointment. The market is saturated with barbers, why would I come two hours later like it is my fault. Do I get to pay him $10 for making me switch my time? Not only that he wanted to pawn me off to someone else since I couldn’t make it later. Especially after I had given him a $20 tip on a $40 cut the first time. Show more

I acknowledged my mistake in double booking and apologized. I tried to make sure you still were able to get serviced by another barber that is equally as experienced and was available for the time you needed but you declined at that point there was nothing more I can do.
