I went to the address on the booking and it was just a trailer park. There is no salon there and the number on the booking is a random old man. I paid... the non-refundable deposit plus the tip that they require you to pay ahead of time just to find out that this is a scam. This was unfortunate. I was however, able to call Jaka King salon just down the street and get an appointment that same day. This place, however, is nothing short of a scam. Show more

I’m not sure if it was the stylist or the booking website, buuut I booked an appointment for my son a few days ago for today and paid a deposit that w...as non refundable. I had to be let in by another patron walking out and when I got to the suite it was empty. I then found out by another service provider the person I booked with moved over a month ago. There was only one number to try and get in contact with this person and it was a google number. I called multiple times and was only able to leave my name after being told that a message would be left for the stylist. It’s been 5 hours and I’ve heard nothing from the stylist or booksy, and my son’s hair isn’t done … Show more

I sent you a text asking you where you were at 11 am which was the time of you're appointment and you said you were in my chairt but you were not . one thing I don’t appreciate is my time being played with that is the reason why I require a security deposit.
