Yes I charge you $180 for bra length you ask for but the hair you brought was 52" and you know that your hair was long to your waist until she curl it, I didn't tell her you're going to pay 180 I taught the hair you brought was short i just tell her about the size cuz I was busy doing other clients hair I didn't pay attention for the length she was doing that's why she told you $220 and then I said 180 now I supposed to pay her extra for the work she did because she didn't know, she didn't try to hustle extra $40.Thank you

I pulled up at 850 for my 9am appointment. She didn’t show up until 930. I called a day or 2 before asking if my son can get his hair twisted same tim...e and she said yes. She started my hair and said someone would come and finish mine and she would do my son’s twist. Other clients showed up and a couple stylist showed up. She had them start on the other clients instead of my son. I asked if she would do my sons hair now so we can be done same time. She said yes. Instead she started on a different client. So that’s 3 others that were started before my son. After my hair was done I said can I just pay now. She said oh we can do your son now. I told her it’s 230 and he has to go to work. We had been there since 9. She claimed it would only take an hour. My son has a lot of hair and 1 hour would not be correct. Needless to say my 16 year old got up on a Saturday morning to not even get his hair done. No apologies given. No time management or respect for others time. There was another lady that came at like 10 and didn’t get her hair started until I left. First time there and never going back. My hair did turn out nice but not like my picture. Much smaller than I wanted and my middle part is crooked. Show more
