Wish I could give her negative stars. Horrible business owner a total rip off. I sent her a picture she said she could do it. Even though once she sta...rted she saw that my hair would not hold the style she did it anyway. I drove for 45 minutes, Sat for 3 hours and paid 180 for jumbo knotless that began to slide out after 5 days.When I reached out she said hair was too short for the style but she did it anyway. When I asked for a refund she said she could only fix. How are you gonna fix something that wasn't going to work in the first place. I was not about to drive 45 minutes and waste anymore time to be in the same predicament in 5 days. So in order to be fair and nice I requested only half to which she said she didn't have the money to give which was a lie. . After being ignored for three days she finally messaged me back threatening to call the police if I didn't stop asking for my money back. Saying she spent her time on my hair so she wasn't going to pay. What about my wasted time and money. Ended up going somewhere else to get help and wasting more money. I have receipts liar. Beware she can't really braid, her shop is tacky and she is a liar and very rude. She was nice when she was wasting my time and stealing my money. Show more
