She didn’t even take the time to properly ask me what I want. Was just doing things like putting a Perm without telling me first. Used black adore dy...e on my hair which is so low quality and not what I wanted. By the time she was styling I kept telling her how I felt about my hair respectfully. But got out the chair disappointed paid and TIPPED still but left completely unsatisfied. I left it alone. But here I am a week later my black hair is turning green. I call her to discuss it & in the middle of me speaking she hangs up. I call back giving her the benefit of the doubt to see my calls are going straight to voicemail. Completely nasty attitude. Mind you I got there for my apt time. And had to wait for her to style 3 other people in between. Didn’t leave the salon until close to 5pm for a 1230 apt. Some people just not worth spending money with because this is the result. No apologies even in her chair or later. Didn’t advise me as the professional that this might happen due to “coloring” which is what she mentioned before hanging up on me but my hair had no color in it prior to the style. Basically save ya money find someone else to do it unless you like old rude people. Show more
