I was not aware that your son is autistic, and I understand now why that makes this more sensitive. When he came in, he suggested the taper and both agreed on what a taper is and he didn't want the top touched, so I followed what he approved. When I asked about the change $$ he told me to keep it, so I assumed everything was okay. There was never any intention to take advantage of him. I want to make this right. I’m more than willing to refund the difference or work something out that you feel is fair. Your trust matters to me, and I would never want you to feel un-welcomed at the barbershop.
