She communicated everything from the process prior to booking , she offered me a consult ...and was very professional with what she recommended and what i wanted. My husband loves everything she did. Ciara braided me down nice and did my lashes big ups to her as well!! The environment was amazing. I love seeing Black Queens enjoy what they love to do. My appointment was scheduled at 930a. She professionally called me and asked if i could come in at 10a due to her previous client ( i understood) i got there at 10 and still because of this client i didnt get in the chair until 11/1130a. I am a very understating and patient person, so I didn't mind at all, but im giving an honest review... & with that being said this is the ONLY reasoin for the 4/5 stars. The salon and the atmosphere itself was cool. Waiting 40mins to get in the chair and receiving a hair cut that was far from what I wanted was not. I c...ame in for a curly cut, though this wasn’t on the services, I dmd her and asked if she does them which she said yes. I asked for 1-2inches off and she took off 3-4 inches. I also asked for framing which looked OK in the salon but after my first wash is lopsided. Janeice is probably wonderful at other things like wigs, lace fronts, etc. just not cuts. I booked Natasha for a protein treatment and blow out and she did such an awesome job. I called my mom as soon as I left the salon and raved about it ...the entire drive home. I have not been to a salon in years and was so nervous but she was so warm and inviting and made me feel so comfortable. My wash day turned into a wash hour because I was in and out of the chair in no time and she was just as gentle with my hair as I would have been and did it better!
