At first I was a little skeptical, but I decided to stay,and I’m so glad I did! She’s the best. very polite, efficient, and super detail-oriented. In your case, there was a specific procedure you requested (filing underneath the natural nail) that, as professionals, we do not perform when it may pose a risk. You have a pronounced eponychium, and doing so could cause injury or discomfort, so we always prioritize the health of your natural nails. Regarding the design, we always do our best to recreate it as closely as possible. However, it’s important to understand that hand-painted designs cannot be replicated exactly, as even the same artist cannot reproduce a design 100% identically. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving, and we would be happy to assist you in finding an option that better meets your expectations in the future.
