I have been using this barber for a while for my sons. He is the one who told me to download this app to create an appointment verse just walking in. ...I created the appointment, arrived on time and still had to wait for Richie to finish with another client. Then when that client left the chair, he began asking an adult man what time did he book for. Bro you clearly saw the booking for a kids cut at 6:15. The person you are asking their appointment time is not a kid. So I told my son to get in the chair and showed him the appointment confirmation. That didn’t seem very professional. Show more
