HE WILL CANCEL ON YOU!!! He will either cancel last minute or change your appointment time with little notice. This will happen more often than not. ...He canceled an appointment i had set 1 month in advance, and yet the 1 time in 2 years i canceled, he charged me. He cuts good, so you'll make excuses for the unprofessionalism, but even after he charges your appt. You'll still be waiting 45 min more to even get in the chair as if your time is not valuable. Not a kid-friendly environment, or enjoyable for mom. Basically, it's a boys' club. Music so loud, you can't even hear to communicate. Dirty - there i...s hair everywhere, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Frank is friendly but unreliable. Wasn't even there yet when we arrived at our first appointment. At another appointment, he ran over 30 minutes with the client ahead of us. Would've been longer, but I said something because his delay would've messed up our schedule. But, when I needed to cancel an appointment last minute, he charged me the $30 fee. Show more
