I’ve been goin to Ana for almost 2 years and never had a time where I did not love my nails. She is amazing at what she does. She’s so loving and frie...ndly to the point that I almost forget that she’s doing my nails because we’re laughing the entire time. Totally disappointed! Had an appointment for 1:45 pm, went on the Booksy app and hit get directions button next to the business' picture took me to th...e wrong location, was on time but wrong spot, immediately called. To explain that the app brought me to wrong address, ASKED can I still keep my appointment (now maybe 5-10 min late) They said yes come on in. Correct address is close by get there in maybe 8-10 min. She cancels and tells meshe has a 3:30pm and this will eat into their time. Mind you my appointment was reserved from 1:45pm to 4:25pm (see picture). So who's in the mudfle if my time? I am usually early to all my appointments to which I still always have to wait upwards of an hour to get in her chair. U never complained, I waited patiently because her work was top notch. I'm 20 min late due to an error with their app address info and I'm sent away with a lie, waisted $6 a gallon premium gas, and no nails for a holiday weekend. I was a repeat customer that spent for service no questions asked. I just expected the same grace I gave when I waited on her Show more

Damaged my nails, ZERO STARS, left the “rings of fire” on my nail bed due to improper drilling techniques, she requested pictures in which I gave to h...er, she says you may have had a fungus or my nail may have lift. I soaked my nails off left with groves or “ring of fire” on each of my nails. Her response was you left happy, I didn’t see The extent to my damage nails obviously until they were soaked off. This is not a scam I did get my nails done by her this is not fake comment and I am not upset I am simply posting please be aware make sure the person knows what they’re doing and at least in the house of file nails properly. Find someone that cares about the health of the nails. I am purely disappointed in her less than professionalism and I know that in the future if she messes up someone else’s nails maybe they won’t be as respectful as I am. DO NOT GO TO HER. First when you came, you got up from my chair satisfied with the nails I made for you and even congratulated me. Second, you got a soak off with another person and then you sent me a picture of the damage. My work has not created any fungus on your nails and my experience of six years and my constant trainings guarantee quality work. The damage that you have on your nails that wasn’t caused by me, isn’t a damage that puts at risk your nails and to day my work has not produced any fungus on my clients nails. The money is non refundable because I made quality work and you expressed satisfaction when you left and you went to get a soak off from another person. I can’t take accountability for work that isn’t mine. I will be attaching pictures of the work I did on you that day, to show the extent of what was done by me. Thank you and have a good day.
