Initially, had a scheduled appointment however, it was not noted that the Shop was actually inside of the Mall. Got in Mall & unable to find location.... Had previously tried calling Valerie for assistance & missed a text from her asking me to change my appointment to 4:30. Long story short...finally found the shoo however, Valerie had left.
