Hey call me if you can. I explained why I left your hair out because I didn’t want the ponytail to appear bulky. I showed you the hair color before we installed it the color matches the base color of your hair . While in the chair I told you the appointment time would be a little longer because you had so much hair. You said that it was ok. You even joked and said I should’ve told you I had a lot of hair before I came. I did discuss with you that the 2nd bundle would be an extra charge. When we were finished you said you loved it. I’m so confused . I’m offering you my services and time for another ponytail when needed. The service says starting at $220 . You also said you would be coming back in 2 weeks for another style so why act like you were happy when you weren’t? You also have 2 bundles of 20" Authentic Indian Hair which was apart of the purchase that can be reused. I'm not Money Hungry at all dear. Pictures of the actual ponytail when the client left my chair are in my portfolio.
