Very nice people work here, but unfortunately the interior detail did not meet my expectations. I paid for the deep clean because I wanted the conveni...ence of not having to clean my car myself afterward. There were still several areas that were visibly dirty, so I’ll have to spend additional time cleaning it myself. I appreciate the friendly staff, but I was disappointed with the quality of the detailing service.

For a $300 full detail, the attention to detail was seriously lacking. They had to go back twice to re-clean interior areas that still had visible dir...t and grime — and I’m happy to walk a manager through every specific item that needed to be addressed. When I expressed my frustration, manager Sarah became rude and defensive rather than taking any responsibility for her team’s work. I’d point out problem areas and she’d barely acknowledge what I was saying. From the moment I said I wasn’t happy, it was clear she had no interest in helping — or even being civil. I’d welcome the chance to have the same conversation with her manager instead. After getting home, I found there was still plenty left to deal with myself. The windows were never rolled down to clean the edges where they meet the rubber seal — still dirty. The sunroof area was barely touched. I had to clean my own steering wheel with interior cleaner when I got home. These are basics. For $300, I expected to get my car back looking like new. That’s not what happened, and it still isn’t fully clean. Next time I’ll go to an independent detailer who takes the time and care that my car — and my money — deserve.
