Norayne has been cutting my hair for over 16 years . She has never given me a bad haircut. She is also the first person to suggest adding a little col...or.If you want a bad hair cut, horrible color and a stylist who has nothing to say, do not go to Norayne. On the flip side, if you want to see a lovely woman who knows what she is doing, is truly an artist, loves her work and customers. My granddaughter gets her haircut with Missnoraynecupcakes. We go to Molly's Cupcakes after we she gets her haircut.. She is GREAT with kids!!!!
