Hair Cutz Highlights Toner Deep condition Blow Dry

Never have I ever had an experience where my hair turned out so horrible. The most splotchy and blunt cut ever. They tried to insinuate that it was my... doing as to why my hair turned out this way. Not that the hair dresser could have had a bad day or whatever. The girl tried to gaslight me saying “we don’t cut hair like this” repeatedly. Also saying that she has cameras and watched them. So you’re telling me you watched her mess up my hair because that’s exactly what happened. She had me facing the window while styling my hair. I tried telling her well this is how it turned out and I’d like my refund because there’s no way I spent $270 for THIS. I can’t wear it in any style! The customer service was horrible. I won’t even get into the highlights and the fact my hair feels fried. I wouldn’t trust this place at all with my hair again. Don’t be like me, look at the REVIEWS ON ALL PLATFORMS. Show more
