Carmen has been a very important part of my post op healing. When I first met with her I was 3 weeks post op and naturally had a lot of swelling and i...nflammation. After my first visit, I was hesitant to purchase a package because Carmen’s lymphatic massages were (to me) soft to the touch. I took a leap of faith and purchased 10 sessions and it was the BEST decision I made with regard to my post op care. I dropped 2 sizes in fajas within 2 weeks and my pain and bruising was minimal to none. I can’t explain in words how amazing Carmen’s massages and techniques have been a vital part to my recovery!
