I did properly cancel your appointment sir, I canceled your appointment 2 hours before your scheduled time.. you should have gotten a notice via email or text.. and its a little weird that you still came and left this review after we had words on the phone 🤦🏾‍♂️.. this was petty and uncalled for bro i get it you mad you wanted a cut and you didnt get one but i took all the necessary and professional steps to cancel dont get mad and do shit like this bow you cant come back

After the rough start of waiting an hr and 10mins we were able to get serviced. Honestly it’s hard to find a good barber so I did wait. I expressed to... Kobe that I was going to “tell him about himself for not greeting us or letting me know why the delay” He did apologize for the delay and I was very pleased with my son’s hair cut.
