I had an old, special VHS converted to digital, and Ben was incredibly prompt, responsive, and professional. I got the file in less than 12 hours from... when I dropped it off with him. I asked a question about the grainy quality of the picture, and he gave me a thorough, considerate and expert explanation of the difference between quality of a VHS from the late-90s and what we're used to seeing in video quality today.
